Conference registration with lodging at Asilomar, Pacific Gardens Inn and Deer Haven Inn is now full. Registration without housing and with and without meals is still available. We have now acquired the services of a travel agency to assist you with processing payments for your travel booking arrangements. ASILOMAR CONFERENCE GROUNDS

Asilomar offers charming, rustic accommodations set among Monterey pines and cypress groves. The comfortable rooms vary in size, lodging up to four persons. All guest rooms have private baths with some including patios, balconies, or fireplaces. Note: Asilomar lodging rooms do NOT have telephones, but complimentary WiFi is available.

Lodging at Asilomar is reserved for conference attendees only. If your spouse/partner plans to travel with you to Pacific Grove, please register yourself for lodging at Pacific Gardens or Deer Haven, as these two offsite motels offer single or double occupancy for one price. In addition, there are several other motels in the neighborhood where you may make your own lodging arrangements.

Check in time is 3pm. Attendees arriving early may store their luggage at the front desk. Each conference lodging night at Asilomar includes three meals—dinner, breakfast, and lunch.

ROOMMATES & ROOM REQUESTS

Spouses, partners, and friends must request each other to be assigned to the same room. You may request up to three roommates for triple/quad rooms. All requested roommates must be registered for the same package and lodging nights. Lodging choices with specific roommate requests will be held for 14 days to allow the requested roommate(s) time to register. Roommates of the same gender will be assigned for all attendees who register for Asilomar lodging in a shared room and do not specifically request a roommate.

Please use the Special Needs/Room Request comment field to indicate if you’d prefer one or two beds in your double room. While we cannot guarantee lodging in specific rooms, we will make every effort to honor your request. Early registrations receive priority.

ASILOMAR PARKING

Parking is reserved for Asilomar’s overnight guests. Conference only (day use) attendees may park along nearby streets. Overnight sleeping in vehicles is prohibited.

PACIFIC GARDENS INN

Across the street from Asilomar, Pacific Gardens Inn has rooms with single or double occupancy. Many rooms feature wood-burning fireplaces, and a limited number of suites are available upon special request. Contact PlanIt Now to inquire about the suite upgrade charge. Conference packages with lodging at Pacific Gardens include meals at Asilomar.

DEER HAVEN INN

Also adjacent to Asilomar, Deer Haven Inn’s comfortable rooms have fireplaces, refrigerators, and complimentary WiFi. Suitable for single or double occupancy, a daily continental breakfast is also served. Conference packages with lodging at Deer Haven Inn include meals at Asilomar.
