Perennialization of Agriculture
Perennial and resilient practices can optimize crop and livestock operations while addressing some of the major crises facing agriculture. Ecosystem services supported by perennial systems make sustainable production possible. Soil and plant adaptations using resilient practices make for a cooler climate. The speakers will discuss how these regenerative practices intersect, and what new research and infrastructure is needed.
